The coursework can be heavy, especially if you’re in the College of Science or Engineering.
I’ve heard from students who were used to being top of the class in high school and suddenly felt like they were struggling to keep up.
But that struggle usually leads to a pretty solid degree.

Going to a game at Arizona Stadium is an event in itself. And this is where things get interesting.
The noise, the tailgating, the sheer energy—it’s contagious.
It’s one of those things you have to experience to understand.
But outside of football season, the campus is pretty chill.

So, is the University of Arizona worth it? If you can handle the heat and the academics, absolutely.
It’s a vibrant place that produces graduates who are ready to work.
But if you’re someone who craves a mild climate and a quiet study environment, you might find yourself wishing you went somewhere else.
The trade-off for that Arizona energy is a pretty intense lifestyle.
